THIS IS FOR THE DISPOSAL OF CLEAN, RECYCLABLE DIRT ONLY, NO ROOTS, GRASS, SOD, GREEN WASTE, CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL, HOUSEHOLD ITEMS; JUST DIRT.
Please fill the dumpster evenly. Do NOT pile debris at one end or in the middle of the dumpster.
The renter is responsible for all contents placed inside the dumpster. Due to the weight of dirt, the dumpster can only be filled HALF FULL TO ALL 4 SIDES OF THE RAILS.
If there is any other type of debris in the dumpster other than dirt, the recycling center will not accept the dumpster contents and will have to be weighed and disposed of at the Landfill. At which time, your rental rate will be changed to a normal construction dumpster.
Do not over fill the dumpster. If the container cannot be lifted due to it being overfilled there is a trip charge. The renter will be responsible for unloading the contents of the dumpster to alleviate the over weight. We are legally allowed to drive with 10 ton on all road ways. If we exceed 10 ton, DOT will issue a citation. Renter is responsible for that citation.
By accepting the delivery of the dumpster you agree to the terms of our rental agreement regardless of whether the agreement has been signed and returned.
